It prohibits the free movement of persons from 21:00 to 04:59.
Free movement outside the district of permanent residence is prohibited. When traveling to work, a certificate from the employer is required, stating the place of performance. When traveling to a doctor, a declaration form is sufficient, stating the place, time and destination of the journey.
For the purposes of entering the Czech Republic, it is necessary to have a certificate for an international transport employee or another proof of professional competence (sample on the website of the Ministry of the Interior).
Truck drivers may not carry other persons.

From 8 February 2021, a curfew applies from 05:00 to 01:00 until further notice, but no later than the end of the state of emergency, ie on 19 March 2021.
Since February 8, 2021, the COVID automat has been in force, districts in Slovakia are divided and regularly updated according to the level of warning.
Opening hours for the elderly citizen – elderly have hours reserved on weekdays for purchases in grocery stores and drugstores from 9:00 to 11:00.
Truck drivers (professional) must be equipped with protective equipment, which must be provided by their employer.

The Czech Republic, Slovakia and Tyrol (Austria) were classified by Germany as risk areas.
Entry from EU Member States and Schengen Associated Countries is permitted without restriction, unless the country or region is defined as a high-risk area.
Drivers who have been in a "risk area" during the last 10 days before entering German territory:

Mandatory test for stays up to 72 hours. For stays longer than 72 hours, a mandatory COVID-19 test must be performed before entry and will be displayed at the request of the responsible authority.
The test can be up to 48 hours old at entry.
Persons who have only passed through the relevant area without any stops or stays are exempted from pre-registration.

The government has extended epidemiological preparedness to six months.
Hungary is extending existing restrictions, including curfew 20:00 - 5:00.
From 4 February, all freight operators providing services to, from, through and in Hungary should register both the company and the operation. However, those who operate exclusively on the basis of an EU license will not have to register, EXCEPT those who carry out cabotage in Hungary.
The system applies to both foreign and Hungarian transport:

1. goods transport services: vehicles over 3.5 tonnes
2. own-account transport: vehicles over 3.5 tonnes
3. cabotage in Hungary
   EXCEPT TRANSPORT performed by a vehicle referred to in point 1) or 2) under a COMMUNITY LICENSE.

Poland extends COVID-19-related domestic and international entry restrictions.
Throughout Poland, it is mandatory to cover yourself in enclosed buildings and public spaces, except for nature, parks, beaches and car transport.
Stricter measures are in place at the border with Poland.

There has been existing lockdown in Austria.
The entry regulations are in force, including special rules for the province of Tyrol.
Curfew from 20:00 until 06:00
FFP2 masks are required in public transport and other public spaces.
From Monday 22 February 2021, a COVID test station will be installed on the Münster-Nord motorway (direction Innsbruck) as part of the "Tyrolean Tests - Continuous and Free" campaign, especially for truck drivers.
Testing can be performed Monday to Friday from 5:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 5:00 to 14:00. COVID-19 Test Station - Telfs Medical Center.
Carriers continue to be exempted from pre-registration and testing. It is recommended to have a Green Lane certificate.
Border controls with the Czech Republic and Slovakia are underway.

Switzerland is strengthening its entry rules. Be aware of traffic jams and delays at borders.
From Monday, February 8, 2021, a contact form must be completed for each entry into Switzerland. Unfortunately, the regulations (with a few exceptions) also apply to the transport of goods and passengers. This applies to drivers of foreign companies as well as driving staff or passengers of CH transport companies.

Control at the Spanish border has been restored.
Permanently open borders (24 hours a day): Valença, Vila Verde da Raia, Quintanilha, Vilar Formoso, Marvão, Caia, Vila Verde de Ficalho and Castro Marim;
Transit allowed on weekdays from 7:00 to 9:00 / 18:00 to 20:00: Monção, Miranda do Douro, Termas de Monfortinho, Mourão and Barrancos.
Rio de Onor route: transit is allowed on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 10:00 and 12:00.

The state of emergency in Bulgaria was extended until 30 April 2021.
From February 1, 2021, wearing of veils is mandatory in all closed public places.
International road transport drivers are exempt from proof of a negative PCR test.

Entry from EU Member States and Schengen Associated Countries is allowed without restriction, with some countries or areas considered to be highly epidemiological.
A night curfew is introduced between 23:00 and 05:00.
Veils are mandatory in all indoor and rural public places.

The Autonomous Community has the power to initiate a settlement ban sooner or later.
Face masks are mandatory in public areas, indoors and outdoors.
From 5 January 2021, the Aragón region is required to have a government certificate for professional drivers who use restaurants and restaurant facilities on motorways and industrial parks after 8 pm.
